At-Tazhkirah (التذكرة) means The Reminder. ALLĀH ﷻ says in the Qur'ān:

وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ تَنفَعُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

"And remind, for indeed the reminder benefits the believers." (Sūrah adh-Dhāriyāt 51:55)
